Law Keeping Schiavo Alive Faces Court Test

A Florida court will hear arguments on the constitutionality of a state law passed in October to keep Terri Schiavo on life support. Schiavo has been in a persistent vegetative state for more than a decade. The law's challengers say the legislature overstepped its authority by overturning a court ruling in a civil case. NPR's Phillip Davis reports.
