High Court Rejects Schiavo Parents' Appeal

The U.S. Supreme Court turns down an appeal from the parents of Terri Schiavo to keep their brain-damaged daughter alive. The high court rejected their request for an emergency order to reinsert her feeding tube, which was removed six days ago.

Meanwhile, Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is asking a state court to turn custody of Schiavo over to the state's Department of Children and Families, a social welfare agency.
