Reports Reveal Problems with Iraqi Forces

A quarterly report on Iraq released by the U.S. Congress contains updates on Iraq reconstruction and security.

Robert Siegel talks with Stuart W. Bowen, the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, whose recent report found a lack of readiness in the Iraqi forces.
