New York County Digs Out from Snow Blitz

New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer has declared a state of emergency in Oswego County where some towns have been buried under 100 inches of snow. Snowplow operator Anthony Pauldine, who is working to scrape all the snow off Oswego's roads, talks with Luke Burbank.
