Bratton, L.A.'s Top Cop, Stays on the Job

Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton is getting credit for lowering crime and has remained popular through recent criticism of how police handled an immigration rally.

Author Joe Domanick says Bratton benefits from past experience in New York and Boston and has also figured out how to work more effectively with City Hall than some of his predecessors.
