Senator Calls for Bank of Infrastructure Funding

As evidenced by the tragedy in Minneapolis, the nation's infrastructure is badly in need of an overhaul. But the cost for fixing everything, from highways to water treatment facilities, is in the trillions, and there seems to be no money for it.
