HIV/AIDS Is Washington's 'Modern Epidemic'

HIV/AIDS is spreading at an epidemic rate in Washington, D.C., according to a recent report. Dr. Shannon Hader is the director of the D.C. HIV/AIDS administration, which issued the report. Hader is joined by Rae Lewis Thornton who is an HIV/AIDS advocate and 21-year-survivor of the disease to discuss the details of the new report.
