At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh, spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread. This special edition of Grainbakers breadmaking class will incorporate Active Dry Yeast AND WLP101 as leavening agents. Grainbakers offers spent grain bread-making classes at your favorite brewery. Our classes are for everyone from the rookie baker and the beer geek or home brewer to the bread-making enthusiast. At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh, spent grain and work it into a stunning boule of bread. Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once made, they can customize their bread by adding various flavors from our spice selection.
