From April 15 to 16, guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey curated by Stella Bayphouthongkham, owner of Mekong Cuisine Lao & Thai, celebrating the rich traditions of Thai, Lao, and Cambodian cultures. Indulge in a specially crafted to-go dinner package for four, featuring authentic dishes like Nam Khao Tod, Isaan-Style beef laap, and "The House Special" Cambodian Pho from PHOnomenal, accompanied by a delightful Naam Vahn dessert. Stella, a native of Paksane, Laos, seamlessly integrates the rich traditions of her Laotian heritage with San Diego's vibrant energy.
