  • Stretch Affect, known for their concierge physical therapy and movement optimization, is throwing a Grand Opening Fundraiser this Sunday May 18 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at their new 10,000-square-foot facility in Sorrento Mesa (9945 Pacific Heights Blvd, San Diego, CA 92121). The event aims to raise $50,000 for the Challenged Athletes Foundation and will feature a Paralympian guest speaker, and a live auction boasting signed sports memorabilia, training packages, travel getaways, and more to further help propel fundraising efforts. The fundraiser will also include demonstrations of wheelchair tennis and racing, and hands-on access to state-of-the-art fitness and recovery technology—including DEXA scans, 3-D motion capture from Kinotek, and interactive showcases by Blazepod, Gibbons, Matrix, and Hyperice. Families can enjoy a kid-friendly zone with inflatables and games, while attendees can explore supercars from Fast Lane Drive, sample food from Glass Box, and receive water bottles from Fill-It-Forward to support clean water initiatives worldwide.
