We’ll then transition into a soothing sound bowl meditation to center ourselves. The session will conclude with a circle share, allowing participants to connect and support one another through open-hearted conversation. This foundational class sets the tone for a nurturing and supportive series. Sessions will be interactive, encouraging open dialogue and the sharing of personal experiences.
