Hatch Gatherings & Yoga Jawn Present: Mama Village

Join us for a heartwarming welcome to the Mama Village series. Each session begins with gentle seated movements designed to open up your energy and create a harmonious space. We’ll then transition into a soothing sound bowl meditation to center ourselves. The session will conclude with a circle share, allowing participants to connect and support one another through open-hearted conversation. This foundational class sets the tone for a nurturing and supportive series.

 Sessions will be interactive, encouraging open dialogue and the sharing of personal experiences. We believe in the power of connection, and through our sessions, we aim to foster an inclusive and non-judgmental atmosphere where all moms can feel supported and understood.

In addition to the sessions, we will provide valuable resources, including handouts, recommended readings, and access to an online forum where you can continue connecting with fellow moms beyond the program's duration.
