"Where to?" Directed by Brian Thompson As Kabul falls to the Taliban, Brett Chapman, an Afghanistan combat veteran turned rideshare driver, struggles to connect with his employer and passengers. The festival is organized by KPBS in partnership with the Film Consortium San Diego to present the Local Film Showcase.
