Kooth Digital Health is hosting a free community bike ride with the San Diego Bike Coalition and adventure cyclist Ed Hack. at 10 a.m. Open to riders of all ages, the event will celebrate community and inclusivity and help raise awareness for youth mental health. Ed Hack, a renowned cyclist and mental health advocate, will host and lead the community event with the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition. He recently completed biking the entire state of California - over 1,000 miles - to help spread awareness about California’s new mental health app, Soluna.
