Dogs are also welcome to join the fun and will receive a special bandana for the walk. Every dollar raised for the Walk stays in San Diego County, directly supporting PASD’s mission to provide essential resources, education and support to thousands of local residents impacted by Parkinson’s disease—ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need. Sharp HealthCare is reinforcing its commitment to the Parkinson’s community and ensuring the event’s success as the title sponsor for the 2025 Walk. The Acoustic Evenings series at the Athenaeum showcases some of the finest acoustic musicians in San Diego. San Diego Music Hall of Fame founder Jefferson Jay organizes and hosts the series. The project advances the Athenaeum’s commitment to support diverse San Diego talent.
