  • Tuesdays, April 8, 15, 22, from 6-8 p.m. In this intermediate crochet series, Instructor Martina Villanueva will students will expand on stitches learned in our 3-Week Crochet Fundamentals series while teaching you how to create granny squares. Students will learn the fundamentals of crochet pattern reading, how to join granny squares, the many uses for, and how to get started on incorporating granny squares as building blocks for future projects. Students must have a working knowledge of single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc), chain (ch) and magic circle. Students are welcome to bring their own yarn and/or hook, but it is not necessary. We will be using size 4 yarn and between 4.00mm and 6.00mm crochet hooks. You don’t have to bring your own supplies but you are welcome to. This is an intermediate Crochet series. Students must have completed 3-Week Crochet Fundamentals or be proficient with single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, chain and magic circle before beginning the series.
