In this virtual introductory workshop, you'll learn how compassion can empower us to recognize and understand racism in all its forms and move us to take meaningful action for racial justice, while holding space for our feelings and experiences around race and racism. You'll also engage in a sample contemplative practice designed to ground you in compassion and care for the experiences of others.
