Ford will be discussing his new book, The 'Many Daughters of Afong Moy', which will only have been released days on July 27, 2022, days before his Coronado appearance. The $40 ticket includes lunch and a hardcover copy of the book. Proceeds support free programs at the library such as lectures, workshops, classes, concerts and children's programs.
