Featuring seven original pieces, digital collectibles and commemorative merchandise exploring intergenerational trauma and the emotional suppression that Black male masculinity faces as a means of survival, this intimate presentation will spark constructive conversations that promote collective healing and raise awareness about mental health resources. Mayden’s appearance coincides with International Artists Day at WNDR Museum San Diego with free admission from 11a.m. to 9 p.m., celebrating the artist in all of us. From 1986 to 1999 he worked full-time in music education.
