Immediately following the run/walk we will host a Mental Health Fair in the parking lot of Newport ave and Abbott street! Our festival consists of performances, Motivational Speakers, Mental Health Resource Booths, Art, An Interactive Flower Wall for Photos, An Obstacle Course on the beach, CPR First Aid Training, Massage Booths, Great Food and Much Much More! The You Are Not Alone campaign aims to become a platform that supports those traumatized by the deaths of loved ones and also those who are currently suffering from anxieties, depression or self harming thoughts! We want you to know that you MATTER and that You Are Not Alone! We are all in this TOGETHER! Our intentions are to unite Ocean Beach and the surrounding areas, in this campaign highlighting Mental Heath and Suicide Prevention. Our route starts on Newport and Bacon. Going East on Newport we will be closing all streets leading up to Sunset Cliffs Blvd! We will make a right on Sunset and run/walk all the way to the end of Sunset cliffs! We look forward to a great run/walk with all of you as our route will be filled with love, light, art, music and of course an amazing view of the Pacific ocean! At the end of Sunset cliffs we will do a roundabout and head back to Newport where we will have our Mental Health Celebration!
