  • On Saturday, November 29th, the center will celebrate Santa’s arrival from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests are invited to help welcome Santa to his holiday cabin in the Nordstrom Rack Court where they will enjoy family-friendly crafts (while supplies last), face painting and special appearances by beloved characters – including holiday favorites like Elf on the Shelf and Frosty the Snowman. Live music will fill the air, adding to the festive experience. This event is free of charge and open to the public; no pre-registration is required to attend. This event is a fantastic opportunity for our families and friends to come together and demonstrate their support while raising funds for children battling life-threatening illnesses, diseases, and disorders.   • Get ready to flow into the "Depth of Field" that is deep autumn with poetry, string music, local artisans, and Good Neighbor Gardens! On Sunday afternoon, November 16, Poet Tree Productions presents "Depth of Field", a matinee of live music, poetry, and artisans to reset your default. With poets Allisa Cherry, Majda Gama, & Heidi Seaborn, musicians Rebecca Matayoshi & Evan Pasternak, and artisans Beth Peters, Josh Bariuan of Fir Street Pottery, Carla Wilson Studio & Laura Christensen Studio. In honor of a month of gratitude, we're also hosting Good Neighbor Gardens to share what they're nurturing in gardens, education, food boxes, and sharing abundance with those in need. Doors will open at 1 p.m. for music, mingling, and local artisans. Poetry readings by three featured poets will begin at 1:30 p.m., followed by more music and time to meet the musicians and poets and folks from Good Neighbor Gardens, purchase books and get them signed, and browse and buy the artisans' beautiful work.
