  • Learn the foundations of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Mindfulness Teacher Wilda Wong. Intention: To create a space for artists and creatives from around the globe to practice mindfulness as a community and to find a sense of inner strength and wisdom. Very simply, mindfulness can be described as moment-to-moment, nonjudgmental awareness. In an MBSR class*, facilitators and participants share mindfulness practices that can help us uncover paths to internal calm and peace, even when facing stressful situations.
