  • The Elizabeth Hospice invites the community to attend a heartfelt and vibrant Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration and potluck on Saturday, November 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Mission Valley (exact address provided upon registration). Guests are invited to help decorate a community ofrenda as we honor the lives of family and loved ones who have passed. The day will include a potluck meal, storytelling, hands-on crafts for all ages, and a cacao ceremony with Nayelin Almonte. Bring a dish to share, a photo or small item for the ofrenda, and your stories. All are welcome to take part in this beautiful celebration of memory, connection, and culture.
