  • Outside The Lens (OTL) is calling all young photographers, artists, and filmmakers to participate in Voice Out: A Youth Media Arts Exhibition, OTL’s annual juried art show celebrating youth narratives and their power to transform communities. OTL welcomes submissions from emerging artists ages 8-19 in the categories of photography, mixed media and short video/animation (under 30 seconds) that explore this year’s theme of “Change.” Applicants should submit a brief artist statement and digital file of their artwork between February 17 and March 16 deadline by visiting the “Voice Out” webpage.
