In honor of National Hugging Day, gentle human connection will be offered throughout the experience. You will be offered a hug when you arrive, a group hug at the end, and a hug before you depart. All hugs are completely voluntary, and you are always welcome to participate in the way that feels best for you. And in celebration of National Granola Bar Day, organic, gluten-free granola bars will be available as a small offering of nourishment.
