  • Jamie Ford is an American author best known for his debut novel, 'Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet', which spent 130 weeks on the New York Times Bestseller List, won awards and was named the #1 Book Club Pick for Fall 2009/Winter 2010 by the American Booksellers Association. Ford will be discussing his new book, The 'Many Daughters of Afong Moy', which will only have been released days on July 27, 2022, days before his Coronado appearance. The $40 ticket includes lunch and a hardcover copy of the book. Proceeds support free programs at the library such as lectures, workshops, classes, concerts and children's programs.
