Closing out our Summer Festival is vocalist Joe Bourne presenting Great Gentlemen of Swing Blues and Pop. The repertoire will be a range of music from Lou Rawls. Frank Sinatra and Friends, Al Jarreau, Nat King Cole, Johnny Mathis, Perry Como, Louis Armstrong and a taste of Motown. Over the years Joe has received several prestigious awards such as The Diamond of the Year award presented by The Bund Botschafter Ohne Grenzen, and the Kunstler des Jahres (Artist of the Year award), both for top-class entertainment in Germany. He has also been honored with the Silver Orpheus in Bulgaria and the Jimmy Kennedy award in Ireland, both for his special presentation of Gershwin's "Summertime."
