LOS/NR is thrilled to present brand new, a group show for the new year about the daily energy needed to keep on going, about the ability to reinvent ourselves after experiencing events seeping deeply into the psyche - a way of taking the possibilities back, re-enabling lost/forgotten/diverted directions, steadying on a path of one's choosing, unabashed, enduring, brand new from all that has painfully happened. The show will be featuring brilliant national artists with significant voices and influence working in video, installation, photography, painting, printmaking, pottery and sculpture: Margaret Albaugh, Coralys Carter, Michael Roque Collins, Maria Markham, Valeria Vermeulen, Shelli Weiler, Christina West, and Vivi Yun.
