Using the City of San Diego as an example, Bill will delineate how municipalities may develop and operate a community-owned electric utility that would create clean electricity, local jobs, and a wide range of other benefits. You will learn about Perfume composition, have fun smelling and enter the very secretive world of Perfume Formulation. You will learn how to blend and balance scents, as well as the basics of perfume making techniques. Sara is a 2023 Chamber Music of America New Jazz Works grant recipient, serves on the LA Chapter Board of Governors for the Recording Academy, and works as an Associate Professor of Jazz Voice at the Eastman School of Music (University of Rochester) where she is currently working to build their brand new jazz voice degree, set to launch in Fall of 2024.
