  • Choose from: Tuesday, April 11 or April 25, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. This workshop teaches the basics in Stained Glass. No previous glass experience is needed. During the workshop, students will complete a small project using glass they select from a variety of colors and textures. Different patterns are available to choose from. Students will learn how to handle glass, cut and grind glass, apply copper foil, and solder pieces together. Glass is included in the class price and all tools are supplied.   • No experience necessary. Ages 18+ welcome! This workshop is designed to teach students the basics of woodworking and shop safety, and serves as a strong foundation for further exploration in woodworking. In addition to what you make, our goal is for you to leave feeling more comfortable operating machinery and working in a shop environment. Students will make a cutting board, and through that process, learn how to safely use the miter saw, jointer, planer, table saw, drill press, router; as well as how to use clamps, glue up, and apply finish to their pieces.   • Family Clay | Glazing Bowls April 22 from 2 – 4 p.m. Looking for something fun and creative to try with mom, your besties, or your family? Curious about the glazing process? Join artist Lydia Kardos as she leads this outdoor workshop decorating and glazing pottery bowls. She’ll show you how to get lovely colors and teach creative techniques for customizing your bowl. The bowls we prepare for you to glaze are made from high quality, mid-fire clay, which is food-safe and will last for years and years. Fun for all ages and skill levels. Projects will be ready for pick up 1 – 2 weeks after the class. All ages welcome!
