Join 17 IF/THEN® Ambassadors, women leaders in science, math, engineering, and technology, for the second IF/THEN® STEAM Fair at the Comic-Con Museum in Balboa Park Friday, July 21 through Sunday, July 23 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 17 STEAM superheroes with careers including conservation biology, cosmetic chemistry, forest ecology, aerospace engineering, archaeology, computer science and robot development for three days of free STEAM fun at the Comic-Con Museum. This event is free to the public and does not require Comic-Con Convention badges. Families, teens, and kids of all ages are welcome: Participate in experiments and demonstrations like powering technology with fruit, mini-excavations, searching for wildlife with radio signals, coding robots, learning about earthquake magnitude using spaghetti and more. Watch each Ambassador give a 15 minute splash talk about their unique career pathways, days in the life with amazing STEAM jobs, anecdotes from the field, and more.
