They have since been writing and harmonizing new songs about the nuanced ups and downs of life in a cheeky indie-folk fashion. They have made a splash in the local indie music scene since releasing their debut duo single last year. Opening the concert will be Aaron Bowen, an acoustic jazz/folk artist with a European flair—Django Reinhardt meets Paul Simon. A Southern California native and the son of four generations of musicians, Aaron has been a student of music and, in particular, a student of the guitar, from an early age.
