Juan will then evoke an organic composition of sound waves using a variety of primitive instruments, such as drums and rain sticks, to compliment the sounds of the bowls. A sound bath is a healing somatic experience backed by neuroscience. The benefits of sound healing are both unique and varied for each individual undergoing the experience. From simply being a relaxing activity to having such an impact as easing symptoms of depression and anxiety, the sound waves emitted from the bowls allow participants to slip into a deep state of relaxation.
