Join the Sherman Heights Community Center in their Día de los Muertos celebration! The SHCC will be hosting a series of workshops, activities, and games designed for kids and teens to learn more about the Day of the Dead tradition! Some of the activities include: • Loteria con los muertos (Lotería with the dead) – Children ages 3 to 5 with a parent assisting them ages 6 to 18 can play on their own • Plaster sugar skull – Children ages 6 to 18 • Paper mask – Children ages 3 to 5 with a parent assisting them • Piñata – Children of all ages Date | Saturday, October 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Location | Sherman Heights Community Center This events is free and open to the public.
