  • Mental Health First Aid is a 8-hr public education training program that teaches participants the signs & symptoms, and risk factors of the most common mental health disorders. It also teaches a five-step action plan to assist a person who is experiencing a mental health episode or crisis. Since 2015 we have trained over 33,000 participants in MHFA.
