El Cajon residents call on city council to walk back immigration resolution

El Cajon residents flooded public comment at Tuesday’s city council meeting. Following the recent killings of U.S. citizens by federal agents in Minneapolis, KPBS reporter Elaine Alfaro says many spoke out against the city’s continued support of President Trump’s immigration policies.
