Would the proposed Sunrise Powerlink help or hurt San Diego?
A massive, multi-billion dollar project is in the works to help deliver much needed energy to San Diego. Proponents say that the Sunrise Powerlink is essential to meet California energy requirements and the growing need for power, while opponents say that there are other ways to get the job done without the costly environmental and financial impact.
