Escondido Golf Course Fate To Be Decided By Property Rights Case

We're sorry. This audio clip is no longer available. A transcript has been made available.

An Escondido case over property rights is beginning its journey through the legal system. And it all revolves around the fate of the Escondido Country Club Golf Course.

The golf course's new owner has closed the links and plans to build a new housing development. That's were the issue began.

Observers say it all might not end until the question goes before the U.S. Supreme Court.
