Burger King in Kandahar?

On a lighter, if not healthier note... According to the Guardian UK, General David Petraeus said he might bring McDonald's and Burger King back to Kandahar, reversing the former commander's decision to remove fast food chains from the embattled province. The former commander of US and other international forces in Afghanistan, General Stanley McChrystal, ordered the closure of fast food chains at the Kandahar military air base earlier this year. Petraeus said he might reverse the decision to ban the burgers, which not surprisingly was unpopular with troops. "With respect to Burger Kings, all options are on the table," Patraeus said.
