It turns out car accidents are a leading cause of death for troops returning home from combat, according to KPBS news reporter Alison St John. Alison did a fascinating story about an amazing new driving simulator at Scripps Encinitas that helps servicemembers relearn the safe way to drive after possibly suffering mild brain trauma in combat.
