Wireless Auction to Change Cell Phone Pay Structure

The Federal Communications Commission has approved rules that will clear the way for the opening of the most important airwaves auction to date.

The FCC is going to auction off a new parcel of wireless spectrum in a few months. The way it happens is going to affect the pay structure on cell phones and other mobile devices.
