In 2016, after a polarizing election, feelings were so raw that Thanksgiving dinner tables became battlegrounds.

And the hard feelings didn't go away — causing family ties, friendships and even romances to fray. Now, four years later, we've experienced an election that was every bit as divisive. Will people go back to their battle stations? Or will there be an effort to move on and try to heal the divisions?
