Caltrans, through its Stormwater Campaign “Let’s Change This to That,” and the San Diego Coastkeeper are inviting local volunteers to help clean up Otay Valley Regional Park in honor of the 41st Annual California Coastal Cleanup Day. This critical cleanup will remove trash, litter, and other waste ahead of the first heavy rains of the season, preventing the waste from washing untreated into local rivers, creeks, lakes, and the ocean.
