  • Learn to create your own authentic Austrian Strudel! Sunday, March 2, from 2-5 p.m. In this hands-on baking class, you learn how to make authentic Austrian Apple Strudel. You will have a ready-to-bake Strudel for you to bring home to enjoy. During our class, you stretch the dough paper thin across a table until it’s covered in a blanket of dough! We make a simple but delicious apple filling for your Strudel, it’s surprising how little sugar we need for this dessert. You’ll love the final part: rolling up the Strudel with the help of a tablecloth! Students will need to bring a baking sheet of their own to transport their strudel home for baking. We will have freshly baked Strudel to savor with coffee while your instructor shares lots of tips and ideas for more fillings.
