She guides students to calm their mind through gentle movements and deepen the connection to their body. Amelie trained with Marie-Laure Jousset and Francois Maurios at Ecole Equilibre and Chemins de Vie, practicing Yang Shaohu style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong of the Mindful Health since 2010.
