Feelings might be challenging to identify, and unresolved feelings may show up in our lives in ways we don't like - psychologist Carl Jung calls it our "Shadow Parts". When we can better identify and understand our feelings, we can better manage them and not let them take control of us. In this playful workshop we will use colors to help identify feelings and better understand that all feelings are welcome, and we can learn to live joyfully with all of them, even the "shadow ones". No art experience necessary.
