About the exhibition: Text Me When You Get Home explores habits and rituals adopted by women against lurking predators in public spaces. This collection of piñatas investigates objects transformed into self-defense weapons and addresses common practices embraced on a daily basis as a form of protection against sexual harassment and violence. Diana received a BA in Visual Arts from UC San Diego and her art has been exhibited in Mexico, Canada, and the US.
