Start your journey with the Compassion Practice! This 3-week online course will introduce you to the Compassion Practice and how you can integrate this meditative practice into your daily life. During our three virtual sessions on February 13, 20, and 27 from 6:30-8 p.m. PT, we'll gather virtually to explore the foundational principles behind the Compassion Practice and discover practices you can use to start making compassion a way of life.
