On Friday, July 28th from 7 to 10 p.m., San Diego Mission Bay Resort is partnering with Bay City Brewing for a four-course beer pairing dinner crafted by the masterful Chef Roy Henderickson. The evening will highlight a variety of Bay City's finest brews including the Murky Muchacho Hazy IPA, Fiesta Island German Pilsner, Gambino Coffee Stout (aged on local beans from Pannikin Coffee!) and more.
