On Friday, July 28th from 7 to 10 p.m., San Diego Mission Bay Resort is partnering with Bay City Brewing for a four-course beer pairing dinner crafted by the masterful Chef Roy Henderickson. The evening will highlight a variety of Bay City's finest brews including the Murky Muchacho Hazy IPA, Fiesta Island German Pilsner, Gambino Coffee Stout (aged on local beans from Pannikin Coffee!) and more. Courses to pair will feature dishes inclusive of a decadent Hamachi prepared two ways, flavorful Lamb Vindaloo, savory Pork Belly Chop and dessert to finish. Tickets are priced at $75/per person (21+ event).
